| Fitness Statement | Ive been a dancer for most of my adult life. Teaching and performing. But when I was younger (before I had curves!) I use to run. I always enjoyed it. Being alone. The sound of my breathing and heartbeat. Focused on the finish line. I ran mostly middle distance and relays. But now after many years Ive started running again. Im not very good at it...yet!! But I will get there. I just have to focus on the finish line! |
