Comments	I dont have facebook, twitter or anything like that, so I left the profile link blank as I did not know what should go in there.
Fitness Statement	All PR's 5k thru half marathon set at age 55 (marathon pr a few years later). Its been down hill since then, especially after 60. down to around 25 miles per week now, 1 or 2 tempo sessions per week of 6 miles each depending on race sked. need to get back to the track for some repeats/regain some speed. ditto that for adding long runs back into the program. race 3x or so per month, mostly 5k and 10k. try to run 5k course hard a few minutes after finishing the race (which works out to about 20-30 sec/mi slower than race pace)

Running Achievements	MARA Grand Prix (KC MO area) age group award winner 4 out of 5 years (55-58). 1:29:04 half marathon pr at Hospital Hill age 55 (but only got 2nd age group). RRCA central region 5K senior grand master champion 2012 & 2013. Qualified & ran Boston Marathon 3x. Ran portion of KATY trail from Clinton MO to Sedalia MO...approx 38 miles in 7hr8min (age 54). 50K Psycho Wyco trail run (very hilly) in 6hr37min (age 59). Brew to Brew solo 44 miles in 9hr 6min (age 61).
