| Fitness Statement | Hello! I just turned 50 (!) and am brand new to running. Any suggestions on how to get started? The biggest challenge will be mental: Not falling back into couch potato mode! I work full time and have 2 active kids, ages 6 & 3. My first-grader seems to be a natural runner and is very competitive. My preschooler loves gymnastics and never wears out. :) |
