| Fitness Statement | Started 18 months ago for my health. I have run many 5ks and this year have graduated to 10Ks and 15Ks. I run almost everyday. I run between 3 to 5 miles. My farthest distance in one run was a 15K. I have participated in one Double Road Run. Placed 2nd in my age group. |
