I run with my 18 month old in a jogger and some days when I want to go further, she just doesn't have the same agenda. It can be extremely embarrassing when running along with a crying toddler on board, "I swear we are on our way home and mommy is going as fast as she can!" Although I realize the added tension can definitely make for a good workout if you think about it afterwards!
Today my time was 51:30 which is a 9:28 mile pace (my best for running with the jogger)

Running with a jogger is not easy but what can you do? Congrats on a jogger PR!
