Course Description
The 3M Half Marathon and Relay is a fast 13.1-mile north-to-south course through an urban setting and is mostly (but not exclusively) downhill.Course features: Half Marathon: 13.1 miles; Relay first leg 6,4 miles, second leg 6.7 miles. 4.5 m/km drop in a rolling urban setting that is mostly (but not exclusively) downhill. Long straightaways lead to PR's. Disposable timing device. Water every other mile. Power drinks at miles 4, 8 and 12. Entertainment and medical support along the course with great food at the finish.
