Comments	Double races -- what an awesome concept! A great alternative to marathons & half-marathons.
Fitness Statement	I try to run/work out 4-6 days/week. When I'm feeling lazy or short on time, I remind myself, "I'll feel better afterward!" If I go too long w/o running, I go crazy -- I'm addicted! Running trails makes me feel like a kid again!

Running Achievements	I ran first 5K at 18 (?) in hometown of Livermore, Devil Mountain Run 5K (early 1990s), & Bay-to-Breakers (12K) in May 1992 & 1995. I've run off & on throughout years, but more consistently since April 2014. Inspired husband to run; he inspired me to race again! Won bronze medal for 40-44 age group at Run San Ramon (July 2015). Ran/walked Santa Rosa 5K w/dog & family, & 1st trail race/Beat the Heat 5K (both Aug. 2015). Ran Race to the Flagpole w/husband & niece (Nov. 2015). Will run 1st half in Livermore, Mar. 2016 (& Town's Half/Oakland-Aug. 2016 & SF Half-Nov. 2016, as part of Golden State Half Series). My husband & I will run PG Double in May 2016 for 1st time; we married at Martine Inn in PG, Aug. 2000. My two "bucket list" runs: Big Sur, & Western States! I LOVE TO RUN - trails & coastline, especially!
